Where does this data come from?

Directly from rpc.testnet.arc.network, Arc's official endpoint. No third-party indexer sits between the chain and this dashboard.

How is the Health Score calculated?

This score weights two live signals, each bucketed into tiers rather than scored continuously: average block time (~53%) and RPC latency (~47%), best tiers at ≤0.5s and ≤200ms. A third factor for gas-price stability was removed — its only input was hardcoded and never measured anything — and its weight was folded into these two, preserving their original relative balance. Block time itself is averaged over the most recent 100-block span, not a single block-to-block reading, since Arc's timestamps only resolve to whole seconds and averaging over 100 blocks is what actually recovers real sub-second precision.

Is this an official Circle or Arc product?

No. ArcPulse is an independent project built by a community member. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Circle.

How often does it update?

Live metrics refresh on every page load. Historical charts are built from snapshots recorded every five minutes.

Can I verify any of this?

Yes - the full source is on GitHub, and every number here comes from public RPC calls you can reproduce yourself.
